W2 – The Junction Area (Bloor West Village, The Junction, High Park North, Baby Point & Old Mill)
W1 – High Park-Swansea (Roncesvalles, High Park, Swansea & Brule Gardens)

The Kingsway, Humber Valley, Islington City Centre & Markland Woods

• It’s a Buyer’s Market (just by a fraction!)
• House prices are down -6.3% from last month but there is no change from last year
• Condo prices are up +0.1% from last month & up +1.8% from last year

• House prices are up +9.1% from last month & up 14.4% from last year
• Condo prices are up +100% from last month & up 17.9% from last year

• Condo prices are up +7.8% from last month & up +20.5% from last year

• Condo prices are up +1.3% from last month but down -3.5% from last year
