3 Showing Minimum
You’re not buying it unless you’ve seen it 3 times. The 1st showing is to get a feel, The 2nd showing is our 100pt Checklist & the 3rd is to get a second opinion. Buyer’s remorse? No chance.
Will your car fit down the driveway? Does your furniture fit? Where will you store stroller(s) & garbage bins? Is your neighbour a rooming house? I ensure there are no surprises.
No if’s, and’s or but’s. I feel so strongly about this, we’ll even pay for it. Our job is to do whatever we can to protect you & your investment. It’s called due-diligence.
